Wow. One day after the failed launch of VentureBeat and while Rob and I were both unconnected (besides this weekend, there has only been a period of aboutÂ? 18 seconds in the last 2 years thatÂ? either RobÂ? or I weren’t within a room or two of an online computer, of course it happened this weekend), we had a wee bit of a hardware failure that caused several different sites to go down. We have fixed the problem, at least temporarily if nothing else, and hope to have no more hiccups. Yesterday was just not cool at all.

Unfortunately, having both been away for the weekend and come home to that mess, I’d have to say we’re both a bit out of touch with the latest and greatest, but expect things to return to normal. We should have REAL posts out either later today or tomorrow. I wish it was because of high-profile bloggers linking to our site, but really, we like to fly a little under the radar.
